The current plan: a $5M seed round, opening November 2026 into YC Demo Day on December 3, sized to fund the team through the 18-to-24-month NCQA-CVO certification clock. Round terms are shared on request once counsel confirms the offering exemption; we do not publish a cap or valuation here.
