Status
The investor room has been refreshed around the current company story:
- Rōvn is the operating network for the healthcare workforce, verify a clinician once, reuse everywhere (an AI operator runs the workflow; the facility makes every regulated decision).
- Doctrine: AI operates the workflow. Source systems prove the facts. Humans make every regulated decision.
- We are raising a $5M seed round, opening November 2026 into YC Demo Day on December 3. The round is sized to fund the team through the 18-to-24-month NCQA-CVO certification clock. Terms are shared on request once counsel confirms the offering exemption.
